With this in mind, we've reduced the weight of our Screw-Lok Standard D by a remarkable 9%, without compromising its major-axis strength in the slightest.

By employing a precise hot forging process, we've achieved the perfect balance between strength and weight. While hot forging is a more costly and time-consuming approach compared to cold forging, the end results are far superior. This manufacturing method allows us to remove weight where it's not needed and add material along the spine to bolster strength and durability.
